We Are All Connected II

We are used to see trees as static, silent witnesses of time. But hidden from our view, beneath the surface, they communicate with each other through a complex network of roots and mycelium. In the same way, we humans are linked by the invisible thread of our roots. Above the surface, we are all separate individuals - often living in our own worlds and striving for our place under the sun. Yet our roots will always be something that unites us: the faith and knowledge inherited from our ancestors, our shared goals and dreams. Because just as trees in a forest are part of a shared system, we too are part of one large human family. If we dig deep enough and trace back our DNA, we realize that in a very literal way, 'We Are All Connected'.
